The senior managers of the ice hockey development association of Islamic States praised the progress of ice hockey in Iran at a meeting in Iranmall.

According to Iranmall Public Relations, the press meeting of the senior managers of the Islamic States Ice Hockey Development Association was held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Iranmall ice rink with the presence of representatives from Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and the executive director of the Islamic States Ice Hockey Association.

Demir Mokhmad Shan, the Executive Director of the Ice Hockey Association, evaluated Iran's ice hockey position as privileged in this meeting and said: "We have made plans for Iran's further progress and we have agreed to help Iran for training."

In the following, Abbas Nazarian, President of Iran Ski Federation, Kaveh Sedki, President of Hockey Association, Mansour Usmanov, Executive Director of Aquars Club of Russia, Elzar Bolotkov, Vice President of Kyrgyzstan Ice Hockey Federation, and Alok Makhmudov, Vice President of Uzbekistan Ice Hockey Association, discussed about joint cooperation for the promotion of Ice hockey.
